a.- Be between twenty (20) and thirty (30) years of age at the time of the opening of the applicant registration.
b.- Submit a background folder.
c.- Native or naturalized Argentine, proving three (3) years of residence in the city of Concordia immediately prior to the date of the competition.
d.- Have completed secondary studies with a legalized diploma and/or transcript.
e.- Submit a certificate of good conduct issued by the competent authority.
f.- Submit a certificate of no outstanding debt for fines and infractions issued by the Municipal Misdemeanors Court.
g.- Possess a driver's license at the time of registration.
h.- Have full schedule availability.
i.- Submit criminal record certificates provided by the competent authority.
j.- Possess conduct and suitability conditions for the position, which will be proven through the established selection regimes, ensuring the principle of equality in access to public office and compliance with selection and evaluation criteria in order to guarantee effective equal opportunities.
k.- Psychophysical aptitude for the position. This examination will be mandatory and carried out by personnel and agencies designated by the Municipal Executive Department, with its result being exclusionary.
