• ARTICLE 1.- All ex-combatants who participated in the military actions carried out in the airspace, maritime space, and territory of the Malvinas, South Georgia, and South Sandwich Islands in the South Atlantic shall be entitled to the benefit granted by this regulation, and shall enjoy an exemption from the payment of General Real Estate and Sanitary municipal taxes affecting the property owned by the interested party, intended for family housing, which shall become effective once the respective individual request has been made.- (1)
• ARTICLE 2.- For the purpose of facilitating compliance with the provisions of the preceding article, the Revenue Directorate shall determine in its regulations the necessary requirements to access the granted benefit.-
• ARTICLE 3.- Ordinance No. 24224/89 and any other regulation contrary to this one are hereby repealed.- (2) (1) The Municipal Tax Code, registered as ordinance No. 33318, in its title XIX only exempts ex-combatants from the General Real Estate municipal tax. (2) Ordinance No. 24224/89 exempted Malvinas ex-combatants who are beneficiaries of housing from the IAPV from the payment of municipal taxes, duties, and contributions.
