Owner of the business to be authorized

1) Original and copy of the National Identity Document of the Owner of the business to be authorized with copies of the first (1) and second (2) page and change of address.

2) The owner of the business to be authorized must sign the applications in person at the counter for the purpose of certifying the signature.

3) Original and copy of the rental contract for the property where the activity will be carried out or public deed in case of being the registered owner of the same. In the absence of the aforementioned elements, the property owner must appear in person to sign and authorize the use at the corresponding counter, or the application must be submitted with a signature certified by a Notary Public or Banking Entity.

4) Copy of registration with other tax agencies.

5) Complete Form No. 00118: Application for Registration, Authorization, Cancellation or Modification in triplicate.

6) Complete Form No. 00110: Feasibility of Use Inquiry in duplicate.
