OFFICE HOURS

Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE

Within 6 months of registration in the Real Estate Registry.

REQUIREMENTS

Form completed in block letters, without amendments or errors. Signed by the professional or interested individual. Property Title (Original). Certificate of no outstanding debt for TGI and EDOS for the plot to be registered or its parent account where applicable.

COST

Stamp duty attached to the Property Title 4/1000 (four per thousand) of the sale price or the property valuation (whichever is higher). The fine for late registration is 1% (one percent) of the property valuation with a minimum amount equivalent to 50 (fifty) liters of fuel, with no maximum amount.
