In a ceremony that highlighted the vocation for service and commitment to the community, the mayor Enrique Cresto presented medals to municipal employees who reached 30 years of service.
"Reaching 30 years of work is no small feat, and we try to have younger employees follow in your footsteps because you wear the Municipality's jersey," as they have transcended administrations, exercising their responsibilities with a vocation for service and commitment.
Along those lines, Cresto recalled the recognition received days ago for being part of the National Ranking of Municipalities for having, among other qualities, that of maintaining the same staff of employees for many years and that the new hires being made were carried out through competitive examinations, in addition to developing policies aimed at the professionalization of public employment.
"The work of all of you is very important and entails an enormous responsibility because from the Municipality we work and attend to issues such as health, security, education, and the support of children through the CDI," and in each of those spaces, to mention just a few, "there is a municipal worker fulfilling that objective, which is why I congratulate you, you and the entire staff, for your daily work."
For his part, the Secretary of Government and Tourism Alfredo Francolini also highlighted the role of defenders "of the interests of the residents of Concordia as administrators of the Municipality's resources, always working for the city, and that recognition is undeniable," he emphasized.
