Concordia, July 4, 2.025
WHEREAS the submission made by Agent Zabala Néstor Fabián, File No. 1598, found on page 1 of the administrative case file No. 7"Z"/25, through which he submits his resignation in order to qualify for the Ordinary Common Retirement granted by the Pension and Retirement Fund of the Province of Entre Ríos, and
CONSIDERING:
That by Resolution No. 002480 dated April 22, 2025, of the Pension and Retirement Fund of the Province of Entre Ríos, the benefit of the Ordinary Common Retirement was granted.
That the Human Resources Directorate reports that the monthly agent Zabala Néstor Fabián, File No. 1598, submitted his resignation from the position effective July 1, 2025.
That the Payroll Directorate reports that the aforementioned Agent has no active or pending garnishments. It is reported that he has no outstanding debt for Special Credits (Salary Advance).
That this measure is issued in accordance with the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107, subsection u) of Law No. 10.027 and its amendment - Regime of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos.-
Therefore,
THE MUNICIPAL PRESIDENT
DECREES:
ARTICLE 1.- Accept as of July 1, 2025, the resignation submitted by Municipal Agent Zabala Néstor Fabián, File No. 1598, D.N.I 17.690.271, due to having qualified for the benefits of the Ordinary Common Retirement, granted by the Pension and Retirement Fund of the Province of Entre Ríos.
ARTICLE 2.- Order the liquidation and payment to the former Municipal Agent Zabala Néstor Fabián, File No. 1598, of 30 (thirty) days of leave for the year 2.024, 15 (fifteen) proportional days for the current year, and the subsidy established in Article 77, Bis of Ordinance No. 11.275-49 corresponding to (3) three basic salaries of category 20, in full agreement with what was reported by the Human Resources Directorate and ruled on page 7, Opinion No. 972/25, by the Legal Affairs Directorate, the records of which are in the Internal administrative case file No. 7"Z"/2525.
ARTICLE 3.- Notify the aforementioned former Municipal Agent, through the Human Resources Directorate, of the provisions of Articles 1 and 2 of this Decree; once completed, forward to the Payroll Directorate.

WHEREAS the Municipal President, Dr. FRANCISCO AZCUÉ, must be absent from the city in the afternoon for personal matters, and
CONSIDERING:
That it is considered pertinent to place the Secretary of Government, Dr. LUCIANO DELL'OLIO, in charge of the Presidency of the Municipal Executive Department.
That it is considered appropriate to place Mr. ALEJANDRO ERNESTO LOPEZ, Secretary of Urban Development, in charge of the Government Secretariat, without prejudice to his specific functions.
That consequently, it is appropriate to proceed with the issuance of this provision.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107 of Law 10,027, amended by Law No. 10,082 - Organic Law of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos, according to the consolidated text of Decree No. 4706/12 of the Provincial Executive Power.
Therefore,

ARTICLE 1.- Place the Government Secretary, Dr. LUCIANO DELL'OLIO, in charge of the Presidency of the Municipal Executive Department, starting from the current date and in the afternoon hours.
ARTICLE 2.- Place Mr. ALEJANDRO ERNESTO LOPEZ, Secretary of Urban Development, in charge of the Government Secretariat, without prejudice to his specific functions.
ARTICLE 3.- Communicate, publish, register and archive.

The Municipality of the city of Concordia notifies that through Resolution No. 2589/2024 dated May 14, 2024, it has been ordered to formally notify the occupants of the layout of the public streets of the Mendieta Neighborhood, adjacent to the property of Mr. Ricardo Esteban Díaz, D.N.I. No. 13.940.440, so that within a period of FIFTEEN calendar days starting from the day following the last publication of this edict, they proceed to the immediate removal of the constructions and/or structures installed without municipal authorization. Consisting of a greenhouse and a dwelling. It is made known that the municipal intervention is limited exclusively to the layout of the affected public streets, without involving other private properties or real estate.
