ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT TO UTILIZE AN EXCEPTIONAL PROCUREMENT REGIME FOR THE ACQUISITION OF
PRODUCTS AND SUPPLIES INTENDED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE
OF ASPHALT PAVEMENTS.-

ENACTS THE FOLLOWING
ORDINANCE
ARTICLE 1.- The Municipal Executive Department is authorized to utilize an exceptional procurement regime for the acquisition of the following products and supplies intended for the construction and maintenance of asphalt pavements, namely: CA30 asphalt cement, chemical soil stabilizers, aggregates (washed sand, crushed basalt stone 0-6, 6-12, and 6-19), fuel oil, IFO 60 or similar, and calcareous filler, given the aforementioned considerations.
ARTICLE 2.- It is ordered that the authorized exceptional procurement regime be carried out through the Direct Purchase procedure, following a price comparison, and the participation of non-previously registered suppliers must be extended. In the event of registration as a supplier in accordance with the implementation determined by the Municipal Executive Department.
ARTICLE 3.- At the time of the price comparison, representatives of the Municipal Executive Department shall be present, one from the Purchasing and Supplies Directorate and another representative from the Secretariat of Urban Development. The Executive Department is authorized to invite a council member observer from the Deliberative Council, who shall draw up and sign minutes recording the result of each price comparison performed.
ARTICLE 4.- It is ordered that the Municipal Executive Department, through the Purchasing and Supplies Directorate, inform the Deliberative Council regarding the use of the powers granted in this ordinance, detailing the supplier, CUIT, address, invoice number, product, and delivery term.
ARTICLE 5°.- Communicate, publish, register, and archive.
