ORDINANCE INCORPORATION OF THE SURVEY PLAN OF THE INDUSTRIAL PARK INFLUENCE ZONE TO THE
ORD. No. 38.528/24 INDUSTRIAL PARK BOUNDARIES.
 
THE DELIBERATIVE COUNCIL OF Concordia
ENACTS THE FOLLOWING
ORDINANCE
 
ARTICLE 1.- Amend Ordinance No. 38.528/24 regarding the delimitation of the Concordia Industrial Park, incorporating as an integral part of said regulation the “Survey Plan of the Influence Zone of the Concordia Industrial Park”, prepared and presented by the Mixed Entity for the Administration of the Concordia Industrial Park (EMAPI), which shall be incorporated as a Sole Annex, upon the approval of this document.
 
ARTICLE 2°.- It is established that the boundaries of the Concordia Industrial Park shall be defined in accordance with the planimetry contained in the Sole Annex incorporated into Ordinance No. 38.528/24, as provided in the preceding article, thereby constituting said instrument as the official reference for the delimitation and recognition of its area of influence, and repealing any other previous provision that contradicts this one.

HAVING SEEN,  Decrees  No. 340/2024 of  03/04/2024 and No. 548/2024 of 04/25/24.-
 
CONSIDERING:
That  the aforementioned  Decrees establish the deadlines for the various Secretariats and the Deliberative Council to submit the variable Additions to the Payroll Settlement Directorate, and the Attendance report by  the Human Resources Directorate  to the Payroll Settlement Directorate until the 20th of each month  inclusive.
That it is foreseen that the aforementioned deadline corresponds to normal months without holidays, and that in the case of holidays and/or circumstantial situations such as bank strikes, the deadlines may be brought forward  in relation to the situation of the current month.
That November 21 and 24,  2025 correspond to a non-working tourist holiday and National Sovereignty Day respectively, so it is necessary to bring forward the submission date of the Attendance Report  and variable Additions to November 18, 2025.
That  the  issuance  of this  measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department   by Law  No. 10082 —Regime  of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos.-
 
Therefore,
 
THE MUNICIPAL PRESIDENT
DECREES
 
ARTICLE 1.- It is established that the submission of the Attendance Report by the Human Resources Directorate  and the variable Additions of the various Secretariats and the Deliberative Council to the Payroll Settlement Directorate, for the November/2025 period, shall be carried out until November 18, 2025.
 
ARTICLE 2.- It is ordered that this measure is issued on an exceptional basis and shall  only  be in effect for the payroll settlement of the month of November 2025.
 
ARTICLE 3.- Forward  to the  Human Resources Directorate,  Payroll Settlement  Directorate,   various Municipal Secretariats and the Deliberative Council.-
 
ARTICLE 4.- Communicate, publish,  register and in due course archive.
