ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING BY EXCEPTION SUBDIVISION UNDER HORIZONTAL PROPERTY REGIME FOR PROPERTY AT JOSÉ SALUD ST. NO. 61.----
 
THE DELIBERATIVE COUNCIL OF Concordia
ENACTS THE FOLLOWING
ORDINANCE
 
ARTICLE 1.- Authorization is granted, as an exception to the provisions of Ordinance No. 38.104/23 (Urban and Territorial Planning Code) Section 8.3, for the subdivision under the Horizontal Property regime regarding the property located at José Salud St. No. 61, identified in the cadastre in the Concordia Department – Concordia Ejido, Provincial Record No. 109.650, Municipal Record No. 34.359, Block 29, Lot 7, with a total area of three hundred seventy-five square meters and seventy-six square decimeters (375.76 m2), registered in the name of Malvasio Luis and Rodríguez Oscar Eduardo, in accordance with the grounds set forth in this Ordinance.
 
ARTICLE 2.- A fine equivalent to five hundred (500) Juristas is imposed on the owner of the property identified in the preceding article, due to a confirmed contravention of the provisions established in Section 3.3 (Regarding vehicular access) of the Urban and Territorial Planning Code, Ordinance No. 38.104/23, with said sanction being applied in accordance with the provisions of Section 11.1.25.2 of the aforementioned Code, by virtue of the non-compliance with current urban planning regulations and in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipality in matters of territorial control and planning.
 
ARTICLE 3°.- It is ordered that this Ordinance be notified to the Municipal Executive Department and to any area that may be competent, for the purposes of its knowledge, registration, and other corresponding administrative effects.
 
ARTICLE 4°.- Communicate, publish, register and archive.

ORDINANCE. RATIFICATION OF DEC. 1158/25 TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF PROPERTY IN INDUSTRIAL PARK, IN FAVOR OF THE FIRM
EFICIENCIA AMBIENTAL S.R.L.

ENACTS THE FOLLOWING
ORDINANCE
 
ARTICLE 1.- Decree No. 1158/2025 dated October 6 of the current year is ratified in all its terms, by which the transfer of ownership of a property located in the Department and Ejido of Concordia is ordered free of charge, in favor of the firm Eficiencia Ambiental S.R.L., in accordance with what is set forth in the grounds of this Ordinance.
