Concordia enjoyed a gastronomic day led by the chef from Córdoba and five-time national champion of Comida al Disco de Arado, chef Maxi Arias. An experience that invited attendees to enjoy regional flavors and rediscover beauty and identity at the iconic Castillo San Carlos.
The main activity was led by the chef from Córdoba, Maxi Arias, five-time national champion of Comida al Disco de Arado, together with sommelier and food journalist Yeny Ortega. Both prepared a fish casserole in a plow disc on a bed of risotto with citrus gremolata live, which was then tasted by the public present.
The event featured artistic performances by Manuel Amiano and the group Raíces Entrerrianas, with their show “Historias en Canciones”, and musician Rubén Fracalossi, author of the song “Entrerriano soy, por Concordia voy”. The presentation of the Municipal Ballet Renovando Sueños was also added, with their work “Amor de Tierra Adentro”, an emotional tribute to Argentine folklore. In addition, attendees participated in raffles with contributions from the private sector and local entrepreneurs.
From the Undersecretariat of Tourism and the Ente Mixto Concordiense de Turismo, we especially thank Bodega Siandra Hermanos for the contribution of their Tannat and Chardonnay wines, and Arroz Dos Hermanos for their products.
Likewise, we highlight the support of local providers and businesses that contributed: Termas Concordia, Establecimiento La Angélica, Cabalgatas Concordia, Ayuí Aventura, Ykerá Productos Regionales, Turismo Las Palmas, Viñedo y Bodega Boutique Pampa Azul, Bodega Siandra Hermanos, the Architectural Circuit tourist guide, and Ára Porã Café Bar.
The remaining prizes from the day will be awarded next Friday the 14th at 5:00 PM on the Peatonal, as part of a tourism promotion campaign for the city where the team will hold the raffles live.
