ARTICLE 119.- REGISTRY OF SUPPLIERS. DEADLINE TO ACCREDIT REGISTRATION.
The Registry of Suppliers shall be administered by the Purchasing and Supplies Directorate, which will centralize information regarding bidders and awardees in a database.
Prior registration in the Registry of Suppliers is not a mandatory requirement to submit bids.
Bidders must accredit their registration in the Registry of Suppliers within ten (10) business days following the bid opening act.
Failure to comply with this requirement shall result in the expiration of the bid, unless the specific terms and conditions or the administrative act authorizing the procurement expressly and reasonably excludes it due to the nature of the object.
