Concordia Sustainable Tourism Strategic Plan 2025 - 2030
 

Below we present the Concordia Sustainable Tourism Strategic Plan 2025–2030, a roadmap for the city's tourism development, built through the joint work of the Undersecretariat of Tourism of the Municipality of Concordia, the Mixed Tourism Entity of Concordia (EMCONTUR), and the Faculty of Administration Sciences of the National University of Entre Ríos (UNER–FCAD).

Effective until the year 2030, the plan is the result of a participatory process initiated in May 2025, which integrated contributions through thematic roundtables with public, private, and academic stakeholders.

It proposes a vision for the future based on governance, sustainability, innovation, accessibility, and inclusion, consolidating coordination as a key axis for competitive and growing tourism.
